A Building at Spain.

Hola hola again, last week I mentioned about memorizing the suffixes. I put the paper on my wall, and it really worked for me. I hope same things as for you because let’s face it, Spanish suffixes are tough to memorize. For example, in Spanish, all objects have different suffix. So, we should find permanent and enjoyable ways. On class, we learned as a song:) İt is something like ‘o, as, a, mos, aís, an’(these are suffixes that you should know😉) When we try to turn into song, it is worked because, our brain can easily memorize the songs. Give a shot what I’m saying, I’m sure you will love though.

Here are some example of suffixes:

Today’s one topic is, while learning other languages, keep it simple, do not complicated for yourself. Stay with basic then you can not confuse at all. For example, while we are checking the sentences that we do not know, sometimes we have to use google translate, it’s really not cool by the way :). Anyhow, while you’re searching the sentences, just use the words that you know. Keeping it on your level, it will definitely help you. Last day, for my assignment I checked on google translate but I did wrong because I couldn’t keep on my level. So, my teacher said ‘’When you stuck with make sentences, think simple, such as try to use what you learned in class.’’ She is trying to say, when you exceed your level, you will get confused. You know the saying, ‘Basics are important’ Another example is, learning language is a process, so going slowly is the most significant key.

Speaking of basics, while learning a new language, you should be careful about pronunciation a lot. Why I’m saying this, I have a memory about this situation, it is about alphabet. In Spanish, when e-i/a-o-u come together with C, the pronunciation is changed. For example, ca-co-cu have different pronunciation, you should say bold letter(e.g. ka-ko-ku) I learned in wrong way, so I am still stuck there.

Our second topic is, I will recommend to you some useful Instagram accounts. Let’s granted that, we all use Instagram more than other social media platforms. So, when you scroll up timeline on Instagram, you will see lots of new word in Spanish. Again, it is worked for me, and I must say I really like those accounts. I think, it is relevant with human intelligence because our brain can separate that what information are useful or not. It is same for language account, when you see lots of post and stories and then you see some beneficial information.

As an example of one of his post: https://www.instagram.com/p/CO0PMsDnSUg/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link

For now, it is enough for our level. In future, I will send you more different accounts than these.

Next week, I will write about how we memorize the words English to Spanish, some recommend other Spanish learning blog and I will definitely mention about Spanish accent mark. Also, I will tell more story about me and my learning mistake so you should not do the same. I’m here for this ¡Nos vemos! :)
